For foundations, companies and individuals
Sponsor a young
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not. Many capable young Nigerians cannot pay for the training that would get them their first job or their next promotion. Your sponsorship pays for that training at Global Analyst Academy, and we report back on how each learner did.
Open to foundations, companies, faith groups, alumni and individuals, in Nigeria and abroad.

Why it matters
Skills are the gap between a degree and a job
Every year, capable graduates leave school without the practical skills employers ask for. Employers, meanwhile, struggle to find analysts, project managers and people who can work with data and AI. The training that closes this gap exists, but its cost puts it out of reach for many young people.
A sponsorship changes that for one person or for a whole group. You fund the training. We find the learners, teach and support them, and tell you how they did.
Why GAA
Practical training with a track record
Global Analyst Academy has trained more than 1,250 professionals since 2017, through programmes endorsed by global certification providers. Our classes are built on cases, projects and assessed work, so learners finish with skills they can show an employer.
Through Hire Our Talent, we also introduce strong graduates to employers, so your sponsorship can lead to a job, not just a certificate.
What your sponsorship funds

The full programme fee

A community you care about

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Who can sponsor?
Foundations, companies, faith groups, alumni associations and individuals, in Nigeria or abroad.
How much do I need to give?
Sponsorships start from ₦50,000 for one learner on the AI Skills Sprint. Longer programmes cost more. We send a costed proposal for the programme and number of learners you choose.
Can I choose the learners?
You can set the criteria and approve the final list. We run the open call and the assessment so selection stays fair.
Can I sponsor someone I already know?
Yes. Tell us their name and the programme, and we will enrol them and send you updates.
How will I know my sponsorship made a difference?
You receive updates while the programme runs, a completion report with each learner’s results, and a follow-up on outcomes six months later.
What if a learner drops out?
We work hard to keep learners on track. If someone leaves early, we agree with you whether to offer the place to another applicant.
Can I pay from outside Nigeria?
Yes. We send an invoice and share the payment options when we agree the proposal.
Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Global Analyst Academy is a private training company, so please check with your tax adviser. We provide an invoice and a report for your records.
