Why hire from GAA
A bad hire costs more than an empty seat
Most CVs look the same. Certificates are easy to list and hard to judge, and an interview only shows so much. The real test is whether someone can do the work: run a requirements workshop, keep a project on track, build a report the board trusts, or use AI tools responsibly.
GAA alumni have done that work in class. Our programmes are built on cases, projects and assessed deliverables, so we know how our people think and work, not just what they studied.
What we look for
Skills, judgement and attitude
When we put someone forward, we look beyond the certificate: how they did on their coursework and projects, how they communicate, and whether they finish what they start. We only introduce alumni we would be comfortable hiring ourselves.
We also take time to understand your role, your team and how you work, so the shortlist you receive is short and relevant.
